OPENING PROCEDURE1. Collect the KeyThe keysafe is located near the side gate, to the left of the front door when looking at the building.Text Nikki for the keysafe code.Use the key to unlock the front door.Once unlocked, return the key to the keysafe and scramble the code.2. Enter the StudioEnter your individual teacher code into the keypad located to the left of the front door.3. Turn On LightsThe main light switch is located at the front entrance near the door.Studio 3 light switch is located inside Studio 3 next to the door.4. Turn On TV SlideshowTurn on the TV in the waiting room.Go to the menu and select the Premier USB slideshow.Press Play to begin the slideshow.The TV remote is located on top of the fridge.5. Side Gate Access (if required)If the large side gate is not already open, access it through the Studio 3 emergency exit.Side gate padlock code: 5055If required due to darkness, turn on the two flood lights located on the opposing building walls.Lock the Studio 3 emergency exit door behind you by pushing the door button in. CLOSING PROCEDURE1. Exit via Studio 3 Emergency ExitExit through the Studio 3 emergency exit door into the side carpark.Close the large side gate and secure it with the padlock.Turn off the two flood lights in the side carpark.Push the lock mechanism in before closing the Studio 3 emergency exit door.2. Turn Off Studio EquipmentTurn off all lights.Turn off all air-conditioning units.Turn off the TV in the waiting room.3. Exit the BuildingPush the green exit button to leave through the front door.4. Lock UpCollect the key from the keysafe.Lock the front door.Return the key to the keysafe and scramble the code.5. BinsIf you are the last teacher on a Sunday evening please wheel the 2 red bins to the street for collection on Monday. The bins are stored near the keysafe.Thank you for your diligence and care in helping us keep our studio secure.

Bluetooth SpeakersEach studio has 2 mounted Bluetooth speakers, which are paired together and operate as a set. Connecting a Device for the first time:Locate the Bluetooth pairing button The pairing button is located on the top back of the speaker. Use a step ladder if required As the speakers are wall mounted, you may need a step ladder to reach the pairing button. Take care when using the ladder and reaching the speaker. Pair with the MASTER speaker first Studio 1 (SONOS AF66) Studio 2 (SONOS B0D2) Studio 3 (SONOS B2C4) Press and hold the pairing button Hold the Bluetooth pairing button for a few seconds until you hear the pairing sound, then release the button. (no not hold for too long). Select the Master speaker on your device Once your device is connected to the Master speaker, you can begin playing music. Please Allow Time to ConnectSometimes the speakers can take up to 20 seconds to connect.It may appear that your music is playing on your device, but you may not hear anything immediately. Please wait a few seconds before trying to reconnect or change settings. Once your device has been paired, it should automatically recognise the speakers for future use.Own Speakers Feel fee to brinfg your own portable speakers. Or use our portable speakers.
